Work & Environments (SWE) is a small OHS&E Consultancy firm that has been operating in the Wollongong/Illawarra Region for the past 2 ½ years with a wide range of asbestos removalists, demolishers and construction companies as clientele. SWE conduct a variety of air monitoring, identifying, analysing and risk assessment of hazardous substances in residential, commercial, retail, industrial and government sectors.

Under the above ACT regulation, if you are the person in control of non-residential premises built before 31st December 2003, you must have in place an Asbestos Management Plan for the building or site. A person in control is both the owner and the occupier of a work place.
